Law No. 27-2024, also known as the "Act to Facilitate the Implementation of Remote Work in the Private Sector and to Encourage the Establishment of Airline Bases in Puerto Rico", signed on January 17, 2024, regulates the relationships labor conditions of remote employees and airline employees under collective agreements.
